A growing part of our company is C&C Referral Services. Associates who are not currently available for a full service real estate career, but want to keep their license active with a real estate company should consider our referral program.

As a C&C Referral Associate you do not sell real estate, however, you do refer buyers and sellers to full service associates and receive a portion of the commission as a referral fee after closing. Placing referrals is an excellent way to earn extra income and offer a valuable service to friends, neighbors and business associates.

Follow our example of how it might work for you:

Someone tells you they are interested in buying or selling. You get the information to us and we arrange for a full service associate to assist them with their sale or purchase. Let�s look at a purchase example. They buy a home for $200,000 home which was listed at 3% compensation to the selling broker. Your referral fee is calculated like this:

$200,000 x 3%= $6,000, if the referral fee is 30% of $6,000 = $2000 and if the referral Associate split is half of the referral fee, the C&C Referral Associate would receive $1,000.
